We are using fresh Jidori chicken thigh that welldone muscle cut, then grilled with a little spice first and put them into house teriyaki sauce. Our house teriyaki sauce is making daily bases at suite using natural ingredients only and it’s gluten free. The grilled Jidori chicken has concentrated by house sauce until it get shiny because “Teri” of Teriyaki means shiny.
But that’s reason why it’s takes at least 15 minutes. Your advanced order is highly appreciated.
