Oyako-don (Jidori chicken and organic egg over rice)

THE RiCE never pre-heated or pre-cooked with all our dishes, that’s reason why all our menus are fresh.

We grilled Jidori chicken by high heat in order to confine the umami first. Then put them into special Japanese pan with house sauce and sweet onion. And put organic egg after boiling it. We normally takes 15 to 20 minutes for cook it. Thank you for your patient, Enjoy your fresh food. Meshiagare
