I have many requests from our regular customers who wanted to enjoy it by our arrangement since we have no fried food here. Nabeyaki Udon is normally served with shrimp tempura for its richness. We have tried to make many samples without tempura in order to make it as rich as possible.
We made it finally!!
We recommend that you go ahead and eat it, and halfway through your time, crack open the Botan shrimps and enjoy!
The combination of the shrimp miso in the broth with the Ago Dashi broth soup is a wonderful change of taste!
