肉味噌(ground pork cooked) with house made 八丁味噌(Hattyo miso which is authentic black soybean paste from Okazaki Japan) based Tenmen-Jan on top of soy milk based house made sesame sauce soup.

Served with a drizzle of homemade chili oil.

Jidori Zosui also coming back!

Put Jidori chicken thighs into super rich house broth and cooked in Donabe clay pot with the rice and fresh free gage egg.

Salmon and Ikura dashi cazuke 鮭イクラ出汁茶漬け

The Dashi Chazuke is coming back!

It serves with super rich house broth over the rice, sea salted grilled and crumbled sashimi grade salmon Nakaochi, house seasoned salmon roe, freshly shredded Nori and fresh wasabi.
