I have many requests from our regular customers who wanted to enjoy it by our arrangement but since we have no fried food here. Nabeyaki Udon normally served with shrimp tempura to make it richness. We have tried to make many samples without tempura in order to make it as rich as possible.
We made it finally!!
We recommend that you go ahead and eat it, and halfway through your time, crack open the Botan shrimps and enjoy!
The combination of the shrimp miso in the broth with the Ago Dashi broth soup is a wonderful change of taste!
