胡瓜の酢の物Cucumber Salad

After long long winter, almost the summer here!! It is the season of a cucumber. We are hand cutting cucumbers at the location to prepare fresh cucumber salad.
It is the good for appetizer or refreshing your tongue during dining.
We put them into sweet sour Konbu seasoned gluten free sauce and squeezed them before serving, then put another gluten free Tosazu over it.

Enjoy it with sesame and dried bonito. Meshiagare♪
