We do sous vide cooking for duck it’s makes pretty tender and juicy.
The duck is White Pekin ducks from Maple Leaf Farms as known as mild flavor and adaptability to various cuisines, making it the most common duck breed consumed in the United States.

Organic egg plant and green onion are cooked by duck oil and combined with our house special soba soup, this dipping sauce is warm and very flavorful best much with cold buckwheat noodles.

This duck dipping noodles are served with our house made Shitimi chili powder.
