Cold Japanese buckwheat noodles is back again♪
We are making house broth daily at the location using finest Dried smoked Mackerel and other sardines thick slices, over three years brewed gluten free real soy sauce, sake, little bit cane sugar and hydrogen water.
There are our choice of toppings that are not regularly seen on the market but highly recommended by THE RiCE.

Also we have 鴨つけ蕎麦 duck dipping soba this year.
We serve warm duck dipping soup with cold soba.
