We have Salmon Nan-ban as this week special. This is one of our staff’s favorite item from THE RiCE menu. We marinated Fried salmon into house sauce “sweet and spicy vinegar” with onions and carrots. Enjoy the Harmony Tender fried salmon with skin and vegetables♪
