We used to serve no MSG added Ramen for 13 years when we located in San Jose Bay Area. With this experience, we redesigned house broth fitting for Authentic Japanese cuisine.

Here comes couple of special menus for November 2021.

Jidori chicken zosui (rice porridge)

Salmon & Ikura (salmon roe) dashi chazuke (rice soaked with broth)

Salisbury Steak ( Humberg Steak in Japanese)

100% prime based ground beef combine with three different meat parts of mixture. Prepared by quite Japanese way and grilled it by high heat. It is coming with onion and fruit based house sauce to enjoy it. And both of the sauce and the stake are gluten free!!
